Shelley is a Yoga Therapist who created and produced “ Yogability and you ”, an Adaptive and Therapeutic "chair yoga" Video, as well as a Guided Relaxation CD to help reduce bodily stress, relax the mind and rejuvenate the spirit.

Shelley presents Adaptive and Therapeutic Workshops and Seminars to Healthcare Professionals across the country for CEU credit.  She has also been a guest speaker for Cancer Care, the Arthritis Foundation, the MS Foundation, the Fibromyalgia Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  

Shelley has been teaching Adaptive and Therapeutic Yoga for the Long Island Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society since 2000.  She has also taught yoga on the Psychiatric Unit, as well as the Nursing Staff at South Nassau Communities Hospital and Pre-natal Yoga at New Island Hospital in New York.

Shelley is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the Yoga Alliance.  (RYT 500)
