My soft and gentle approach to yoga is therapeutic and combines simple breathing, relaxation and stretching techniques that enable you to reduce pain and fatigue, increase circulation and improves your flexibility and quality of life. It is both therapeutic
and rehabilitative, as well as "heart
healthy" and helps to
gentle some of the tumbling thoughts that clutter your mind. I teach yoga for the Long Island Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in New York . Over the years so many of my students asked me if I had a video for them to do at home that I finally decided to make a “chair yoga” video which stars fourteen of my MS yoga students.
