Yoga Talk is a lively discussion group that gathers once a month
and focuses on integrating yoga into our daily lives. It provides
a safe and positive forum for participants to exchange their thoughts
and feelings and feel less isolated.
Yoga talk offers simple techniques to gain control when we
are in pain, feel depressed, anxious, isolated or angry and provides
us with positive self- empowering tools to help us throughout the
day.
Learn how yoga enhances our physical, emotional and mental well
being which helps us to lead a more centered and balanced life.
Stretching
and breath work will be incorporated into each Yoga Talk session.
Learn
to make healthier choices, be more peaceful and connect more positively
with yourself and others.
Seeds of hope, health and healing will be
